First Chance Camp is a fun filled two-night camp designed for a child’s first experience at Church Camp! It all begins when they check in at the Log House and are assigned to a cabin group.
After setting up their bunk and getting to meet their cabin mates the campers are ushered to the Multi-Purpose Building where the fun begins!
A very busy schedule has been prepared with just the right mixture of learning and fun that makes the time fly by. Missions are stressed and a time of worship and teaching at the bonfire is a highlight of the day. Interspersed during the day are times of biblical teaching and practical applications of God’s Word as the kids sleep, eat, play, and learn together.
A large contingency of adult and youth counselors pray, lead (herd) and guide the kids from sunup to sundown. The afternoon is open for free time and rest. Your kids will have a great experience and will beg you to come help (it is just that much fun!)
