Dan is the Lead Pastor for Kimberly Christian Church.  He was born in Omaha, Nebraska but grew up in Mondamin, Iowa.   He attended Nebraska Christian College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Ministry.  Dan has served in Youth Ministry and is currently a Lead Pastor, he has been in ministry for 15 years.  He has been married for 14 years to his wife, Nina, and has 2 children, Micah and Naomi.  Dan enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, baseball, basketball, football, camping, paintball, hiking, chocolate and coffee!

David is the Lead Pastor at Mini-Cassia Community Christian Church (M4C) in Heyburn, ID.  He is from Wichita, KS and is a graduate of Ozark Christian College.  David is married to Dee and they have 3 beautiful boys.  He loves hunting and the great outdoors.

David Davolt

David Davolt was born in San Antonio Texas and grew up in Seattle Washington the oldest of four children. In the absence of any relatives in the Northwest, his family spent much time with their church family at West Seattle Christian Church.  David attended Junior High Camp at Pleasant Valley Christian Camp the first year that camp was held there and accepted Jesus that summer. That started a long relationship with Christian camping. He attended camps as a youth from junior high on, helped in camp as a young adult, directed and co-directed camps, served on the Board for Pleasant Valley and for many years served as President. He and his wife, of 35 years,  Melody have attended Family Camp for over twenty summers! He believes that Camp Changes Lives!
 
David and Melody have three children, two daughter-in-laws and one grandson. They enjoy traveling and take at least one major trip each year to places like Israel,  Europe, South American, Alaska and last year it was to Hawaii. Melody has found the joy of cruising and David is glad to make her happy. David and Melody both enjoy reading. David enjoys using his camera in all types of settings. He has taken up the game of golf since basketball has become a spectator sport for him. They love the outdoors and meeting people.
 
David has served on the camp board of Intermountain Christian Camp since moving to Boise to serve as Director of Development for
Boise Bible College in 2004. Each summer he and his wife spend several weeks attending camps around the Northwest representing Boise Bible College.
 
David also serves on the Intermountain Church Planting Board of Directors.

Courtney McNew

Courtney is a Children's Ministry Director at Eagle Christian Church and she loves kids! She has been volunteering with kids since she was old enough to help in Jr. Church. Courtney started co-directing Jr. Camp when she was 17 years old.  She graduated from Boise Bible College so she could better serve kids and their parents. 

Courtney believes that kids are the future of our church and desires to see kids grow deeper in their relationship with Christ.  Kids are never too young to do big things for our Savior! She excited about camp and the great things we have planned!

Chris & Jen Fredrickson

Chris Fredrickson is the new Camp Manager for Intermountain Christian Camp.  Along with his wife Jen, who will be managing office duties for the camp.  They have three children Naomi, Makena, and Austin.

The Fredrickson’s are following their hearts and God’s will to enter ministry at the Intermountain Christian Camp. Over the last two decades, God has prepared them to make this transition through the jobs He placed them in. Chris has spent the last twenty years working in the power delivery industry for a variety of companies, where he has developed skills in construction, teaching, project management, leadership and electrical circuits.

Jen spent the same time developing her skills in customer service with Idaho Power and PG&E. Also, doing administrative work for an apartment complex in California and most importantly choosing to stay home, raising and teaching three kids that are growing up with God at the center of their lives.

We believe that with the Fredrickson’s talents and passion for God’s will in their lives and ICC, they will continue with the tradition and growth that has been established at the camp over the last 30 years.

Assistant Camp Manager

Cecil Swenson

Cecil Swenson, with much help from his wife, Keilah, two daughters, Hannah and Hailey, and new son, Mitchell, currently assist in managing duties at Intermountain Christian Camp.  They arrived at the camp in Aug. 2013 and have enjoyed all of the challenges and blessings that camp life presents. Cecil is currently the Youth Minister at Fairfield Community Church in Fairfield, Idaho as well.

Before coming to the church camp, Cecil was involved with youth ministry for about eleven years.  During those years, his ministry was bi-vocationally split between five years in the Navy in Washington State and six years working for a power company in New Mexico.  Having a secular job and a youth ministry helped Cecil to realize that God’s business is much more rewarding and relevant in the world.

Cecil is working hard alongside the Fredrickson's to continue the tradition of Intermountain Christian Camp being a place that produces tomorrow’s pastors, missionaries, and disciples that will transform their communities.

Jeff Nichols

Jeff is a graduate of Boise Bible College.  He lives in Gooding, ID with his wife Riley and he the Youth Minister at Gooding Christian Church.

Russell Grove

Russell Grove is the Director of Admissions and Professor of Christian Ed.at Boise Bible College and has served as a Chilren's Minister for many years.

He has many years of experience in Christian camping ministry and is passionate and excited to be involved with Intermountian Christian Camp.

He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration in progress from Miami University; M.A., Practical Ministries, Cincinnati Bible College & Seminary; M.R.E., Cincinnati Bible College & Seminary; M.Div., with concentration in Theology, Cincinnati Bible College & Seminary; and a B.A., Boise Bible College.

Caleb Morris

Caleb grew up in Gooding, Idaho where he lived until he graduated in 2007.  It is also, where he met his wife Katie while they were still in school together.  He has always been involved with the church, and early in Caleb’s life, he felt that God was calling him to be in full-time youth and children’s ministry.  After high school, Caleb continued his education at Boise Bible College where he attended for four years and received a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry.  During his time at BBC Caleb interned at the Vale Christian Church where Caleb moved to full time once he finished college.  He was there for a total of four years, and Caleb was in charge of the Youth ministry and was the Head of the Education Department as well.  After his ministry in Vale, Caleb moved with his family to The Dalles, Oregon where up until recently, he had been serving as the Youth and Children’s Pastor for The Dalles First Christian Church.  
 
Caleb and Katie got married while they were both at Boise Bible College, and they graduated together in 2011.  They now have two boys together, Benaiah and Jeffrey.  Ben and Jeff have blessed their parents, but also, do a good job being true boys and keeping their parents on their toes.  

One of Caleb’s greatest joys in Children and Youth Ministries is seeing the transformation that comes from the students when they begin to understand the love that God has for them.  Not only this but seeing the students step up and start doing ministry for themselves.
 
Caleb’s interests include music, basketball, football, paintball, board games, video games, Mountain Dew, movies, reading, hearing great jokes and laughing, all things Marvel, and spending time with family and friends.

Nina Daugherty

Nina Daugherty was born and raised in Louisiana until she was nine when her family moved to Iowa.  She is a graduate of Nebraska Christian College.  She has her Associates of Arts degree in Christian Education and is working towards her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Religion and Behavioral Science. She has been volunteering with church camp ministries since 1997 and volunteering with Intermountain Christian camp since 2005.  She lives in Kimberly, ID and is the wife of Daniel Daugherty, Lead Pastor of Kimberly Christian Church, and has two children, Micah and Naomi.  She enjoys painting, photography, graphic design, paintball, hiking, swimming, and playing guitar.

    BURSTING AT THE SEAMS! We are blessed with excellent attendance at Jr. Camp and Middle School Summer camps, and as God continues to grow and develop our ministry, we find the camp in need of more cabin space. It is a wonderful growth problem to have in terms of reaching youth for Christ, sharing the gospel and impacting kids for eternity through our Christian camp ministry.
